I just resigned from my job at my law firm, where I've been as an associate for over 2 years, and a clerk for a few years before that. Going to start up my own shop (I know I discussed this with some of you from the fasting thread and another thread in CE).

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the support.

I'm actually more in North Jersey. I work out of Newark now, but my office will be in Union.

The firm asked me to stay on for another month to transition my cases smoothly (which is kind of cool because I thought there was a possibility that they might give me the boot right away), but after that, it's eat what you kill.
