Finally, finally tracked down a copy of The Complete Last Waltz. It's an unedited soundboard recording of The Band's final concert. The official release(s) have always left out songs and edited others. So excited.

I am a weak man....I fell for this 7.5" Gyoto -- basically a Chef's knife, which was the style I was lacking from Itou.

The blade is stunning. The mother of pearl is great too but I don't know how practical it is?
