I have an unusual pair of Levi jeans I haven't come across before and would like to know more...

I have recently purchased a pair of Levi's from a vintage shop, and haven't seen a pair like them before. They have a big red Levi's label on the back, leather not paper, as well as red buttons in the fly. The top button has an "r" on it. They also have some quite unusual, but nice, stitching.

I'd love to know if they are real Levi's and from what year (ish), and if they are rare/valuable?

I don't know THAT much about Levi's so thought someone out there might be able to tell me about these!

Looks like a fake. I could be wrong though, but never seen one like that before.
Ces poches ! Ça m’a l’air d’être un faux. Je peux me tromper.

Don't think they're fake, but they're not very old, probably mid 2000s?

From Google it looks like they're made in Turkey, probably a diffusion line. Has some cool features! Red domes are cool.

in 1999 levi's launched a experimental art line called Red . they were seasonal collections but didn't happen every year , the designer was rikke korff .

the line ran though the 2000s and they brought it back around 2020 , they're fairly rare pieces to even get a look at . i recall a one button zero-rise pair of bellbottoms (!) i have around somewhere .

pretty sure this is a piece of one of those collections .
