my 1st post!

anyways...
My issue.. I have an "athletic build".. and a budget in the $500 range for a suit..
Coat size either 50 or 52 depending on the maker
waist 34 or 35

my shoulders measure for a 52 coat but my chest measures for a 48 coat(I'm a giant V...lol)
52 fits my shoulders but then the "body" is so big they say that have to take the vents out to fit it properly.. and it still isn't "trim"
pants... well forget about it... a 52 comes with like 44w pants.. and the rise is ridiculous.. the crotch is at my knees...
I'm 6'3" 228 lbs.. and very "lean" I have little fat..

I know I should get a custom suit.. but.. well... I cant afford that... any clue where to look.. gotta be someone else my size on here..

thx for the help,

Ryan

Suit separates are the only chance other then MTM. Even separates will likely need the jacket altered.

If you want better quality then separates then look at odd jackets instead of suits.

I was confused about whether this was italian size or not. By Athletic it seems you mean Bodybuilder? Do you really have a 50-52 inch chest with a 34 inch waist?

Measure your chest and post back what the actual measurement is.

I have no experience with them, but perhaps something like Indochino would
work for the OP.
