1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I constantly feel pretty tired. I try to get enough sleep, I work out regularly and I eat pretty well. I occassionally have a glass or two of wine with dinner, but my alcohol consumption usually is pretty low to moderate. What is wrong with me?

What will a blood test reveal?

Just a teaspoon of superAIDS in your rectum, you're dead in 3 years.

It's probably that Super-hooker I slept with last year when I was in Haiti on vacation.

Get a sleep study to rule out sleep disorders, blood test for vitamin deficiencies, then look at things like stress or depression, exercise habits, etc. I have the same problem to some extent, but it has never felt severe enough for me to look into it. Also, I made a similar thread (use the search noob [IMG]): http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=13027

That is definitely not the problem.

Are you consuming large amounts of caffeine? That's the type of thing that can throw your system out of whack.

I generally only drink coffee during the morning, but I am known to have a red eye or some other type of espresso drink. It's rare that I have a second cup in the afternoon, but I've noticed that can go either way-- picks me up for a little while but then I feel very tired.

Are you urinating more often than normal? You might want to consider getting checked for diabetes.

^That is what I was going to suggest.
Or, this doesn't have anything to do with nipple hair, does it?

Why, is that a problem because if having a lot of it explain why I am tired, then things just started making a lot of sense.

You are probably deficient in many things. Try getting on a whole food derived multi-vitamin and high quality fish oil for starters.

There are some cocktails with Magnesium / CoQ10 / Ribose and something else that I posted last year and don't want to look up that is supposed to send your energy level through the roof.

You might want to look at a colon detox.

Yeah, get some blood work done. It won't hurt and it'll help rule a lot of other things out. Fatigue could be due to anemia, diabetes, and a laundry list of other fun pathologies.
