I can't find any chukkas that I like

I am looking for brown leather chukkas that are more structured than crepe desert boots.

These Cole Haans are exactly what I'm looking for (screenshot from a 2016 youtube video), but Cole Haan doesn't make anything like them anymore.

- Low profile sole
- Not crepe (I think)
- Wider ankle
- 3 laces

I'm looking for not-suede, I already have suede desert boots.

The closest thing I could find are Johnston&Murphy Copeland chukkas, but they have crepe soles and seem to be basically discontinued, there's nothing available in sizes 8-12.

I kind of like these Grenson Chester chukkas, they are probably high quality, but they are only available in this "ginger" color leather. I also don't like that the laces are higher.

Those do look nice but a bit too polished, like I don't know if I would want to wear those with jeans or without a sports coat.

Edit: actually the Laval chukka boots might do https://www.beckettsimonon.com/products/laval-chukka-boots

I actually found a floor model pair of Copeland chukkas on ebay for $50 shipped. If they don't fit well then I might try the Beckett Simonon.

Chukkas are very informal. No matter what you get, they can definitely be worn with jeans. You mentioned you didn't want crepe soles like the Copeland. Ellis is on leather, Laval is on rubber. Go for whatever works for you. Keep in mind the Copeland is much lower quality than the Beckett Simonon shoes (not sure if that matters for your use). I agree there are lots of deals to be had on Ebay.

If you're willing to consider two eyelets, this would check your other boxes, I think:

Jadd make leather chukkas with 3 eyelets if you want them, and various sole options.
Fine quality too.
