Put things that you think fit here.

Sort of, the "best part of living where I live," thread.

For me, it's CALIFORNIA BURRITOS.

In N' Out is a close second, but there's nothing specifically San Diegan about In N' Out. It's just a west-coast thing (and part of Nevada and Utah).

We have Trader Joe's here on the East coast. Hell, dusty has one in Ohio.

I can't wait to get out of here and go home, though.

Some time in the last ten years. When I moved out here seven years ago, they had one or two stores, I think, in Connecticut. They've since opened up several more. Hell, I think they're opening one up in Union Square. The stores outside of California have a really different feel, though, or at least they did when I moved. I don't know what the California stores are like, but if they're anything like I remember, it's still different. Not quite as charming, not quite as friendly, etc.

I like Japanese and Chinese girls that speak English with Australian accents. I don't know any, but I've seen a few on TV and in the movies. I can't believe I live without that.
