Hugo boss quality

I recently bought some hugo boss loafers for $275 (the ones with the squared metal hugo logo on the strap). How is the hugo boss quality? I also have some hugo orange shoes http://www.saksfifthavenue.com/main/...85506&ev19=1:2
What do you think of hugo boss shoes and the durability?

The quality of the shoes is somewhat less than that of Allen Edmonds, perhaps similar to the lower end of Prada quality. They can also usually be found on discount for much less, they aren't a good value for full retail.

Way overpriced for the wear and quality is the conventional wisdom on them.

boss orange is in the lower end of their spectrum. had the mistake of buying a pair years ago (pre-sf, pre-aaac) at full price only to gather dust in my shoe cabinet.
