Hugo Boss Polo....lost and need a new one. Please Help!

Hey there!

I had a Hugo Boss polo that I absolutely loved, and unfortunately I lost it. I am trying to figure out the name of the type of shirt so I can purchase another one. Can you please help me??

I have attached a picture of it. Sorry for the poor quality. It is an all white polo shirt with a white Hugo Boss logo on the chest (no pocket). The inside of the collar and the "V" where the buttons are was a light grey color...you can kind of see if you zoom in.
