They sell extra large (not neccasarily wider) shoes for tall people like myself. I ordered two Steve Madden pairs a year ago (its a o.k. price for exceptionally large shoes) and they were exceptional. Im ordering three more pair this year, of the more formal category. Check them out. And how do you go about asking them to affliate? Im sure they'd give us some deals like free shipping.

Anyway, its a great resource for the giants lurking here.

I'll look into it. At this point, I am looking for a sneaker affiliate. One of the most honest shoe stores out there is Berk's in Harvard Square (online at www.berkshoes.com for those interested). They are actually honest to a fault. Their retail price for the John Varvatos Jack Purcells is $65, which is actually lower than their price for the regular Purcells (very reasonable at $49-$69, depending on the model). I asked them about this, and they told me that they wanted to keep their prices "sane." (I ended up buying a pair of Converse All Star Premieres in Grey (more like a taupe, imo,) and burnt red, on that occasion. The salespeople are really friendly, and they have a pretty solid collection of Vans and Converse, as well as more difficult to find but affordable labels like le Coq Sportif as well.

If there are any other stores out there you'd like me to take a look at, I will. At this point, we are being fairly selective about streetwear affiliates (2 of our affiliates - Denim Bar and Peasant, are on the GQ top 100 list), and I have a list of retailers of the same caliber that I am looking to approach, but all suggestions are welcome. PM me.

Berk's has a shop in providence on thayer street. I stop in there fairly frequently when I'm at my parents' house. Decent selection; but I've never bought anything but flip flops and sunglasses.
