Trying to decide if I should go with this one or wait until SGIII is out. My upgrade is overdue at this point, waiting a few months won't matter much.

The SIII is being announced in a few weeks. I would wait to see at least what that phone has to offer.

I've heard rumors that the HTC Evo LTE will be released on 5/18/2012. Pre-orders started today. The screen is just shy of 5'' which is huge. Not sure how it feels in hand yet because none of the stores I've went to don't have a display model.

If you want to get an idea of what it will feel like in your hand, head to your nearest AT&T store and check out the HTC One X. They are essentially the same phone with a few differences.

Thank you for the heads up. Will definitely swing by an AT&T store to see how the One X is.

I do have a concern with Sprint though. And maybe if someone here who has Sprint can help. When I first got my EVO 4G here in Phoenix, they mentioned that 4G won't be set up until Q4 of 2010 or maybe Q1 of 2011. I've had the phone for 2 years now and not once was able to use 4G. Is this going to be the same issue with Sprint and LTE?

I love the unlimited data package on Sprint, but is seems they are lagging big time on network speeds vs other carriers.

SPRINTS way behind with a LTE rollout. If that's a priority for you then I would look somewhere else. If you don't mind waiting for them to get it going for the money you will save then stick around.

I'm not bothering with an Evo 4G, think it's a USA only phone anyway. I want the Galaxy S3.
