DiCaprio (mentioned above) would be a good choice, also (maybe) Matt Damon might work. A bit older, but I think Hugh Laurie could pull it off well. For Nora: Scarlett Johansson. Another choice: Cate Blanchett.

Sorry, but I don't see Drew Barrymore as likeable, attractive or possesing any other positive trait.

I like Edward Norton and Scarlett Johansson. I just realized before hitting 'submit' that they starred in The Prestige together. I haven't seen it, but it seems like their chemistry would be good.
