I've known about this for a while, which is why I started to wear the lowest profile Nike Frees I could. Unfortunately, Vibram FiveFingers don't fit my feet properly so I can't wear them.

Hmmm. there's possibly something to this, but when I tried to run using pose - which is essentially running as though barefoot with a minimalist shoe - my feet gave me all kinds of hell and it took a while to get back to being injury-free again.

Put it this way - if you current running/walking ain't doing the trick, this might be worth a shot.

One of the RubeBabes wears the MBTs for teaching; she swears by them. The sole and the "theory" remind me of the Anne Kelso Earth Shoes I wore and sold in the 70s. Both shoes put one's heel at a markably lower "altitude" than the rest of the foot and encourage a rolling step.

In the 70's, if you wanted to learn about clothing, where did you turn to, books? I'm not making fun, I'm just wondering, because honestly books don't have anywhere near the information that SF / AAAC has.
