How to track down a specific model of Guess Jeans

I know this may be futile, but i found a pair of jeans I love. I wore them twice a week for 5 years and they finally wore out.


I bought them at Winners (Canadian equivalent of TJ Maxx) for $40 and they were great.

They are Guess jeans: Style No. JMB011800R1, C#MN9000 Rebel Straight leg

Any likelihood of being able to track a similar pair down using this info.?
