How to remove creasing from leather jacket

Recently bought a lamb leather jacket from Theory's website and it arrived with a lot of creases in it. The leather is really thin, soft and smooth so i'm afraid of using a paper with iron on low heat or slightly wet 100% cotton cloth with iron to try and remove the creasing. Is it safe to use a cloth and low heat iron with lamb leather or does anyone have a better idea ?
Thanks

Is it wrinkled throughout or just large creases? I would dampen it and put flat heavy object on it while it dries.

1. Put the jacket on a hanger
2. Take it to your bathroom
3. Take a hot shower turn off all the fans and close windows
4. Keep it in bathroom for 30 more minutes check often.
5. Profit
