I am having a pair of seersucker pants to be used with braces made. Should the pants have forward or reverse pleats? What about plain fronts?

The seersucker suit being made is for outdoor strolls, but I suppose this question applies in general to most trousers using braces, especially those which are part of informal business suits.

I'd get a single pleat, probably outward-facing. I used to love inward-facing pleats, but I haven't worn them in years, so I don't know if I'd still like the way they look -- at least on me.

I think it is a personal preference. I am an addict of double forward pleats
