How to pack work clothes for the gym in the morning ?

So I go to the gym before work almost everyday and find myself wrinkling my fresh crisp shirts. I also carry my suit in my suit bag. I leave the house wearing track pants and head straight to the gym. I'm starting to get tired of this routine as I carry so much with me everyday (gym shoes, dress shoes, and boots to go to the gym).

I see some people stuff their bag with their suits and everything but there's no way I could do that. Sometimes I get fully dressed prior and then take it off once I get to the gym but I find that a waste of time.

How do you guys get yourself ready?

Why not hang your shirt inside the suit bag as well and then hang it all in your locker like that? I usually just stuff my shirt and pants inside my gym bag along with everything else but my gym is only about a 4 minute drive from home in the morning so I can take them out of the bag and hang them back up pretty quickly and not worry about wrinkling them. If I am wearing a suit of sport coat or something that day, I usually just leave the jacket in my car until I get to work anyway.

Wear shirt and suit to the gym, take the shirt and trousers off in the gym but leave the jacket in the car, put your shirt and trousers back on after your workout and put the tie and jacket on when you get to the car/work.
