How to measure a Man's Inseam???
Do you move your Nutsack to the side and get as far as humanly possible up??
OR: Just begin measuring from where most pants "Hang"???

Right at that area, not to snug or moose knuckle could be pronounced

to get a true measure. take a ruler or something similar and fasten a tape measure to it. holding the ruler allows you to place the tape in the correct position without distortion. then measure down to the position you wish the length to finish.
