Hi

I have not worn boots in 9 years.
I just bought a pair. I usually wear size 11 (not converse, just regular sneakers / jack purcells) so I bought timberland 6 inch boots in size 11. It seems a bit large, but I was wearing just regular socks opposed to thicker winter socks.

How can I know if I have the right boots size?

Thanks!

THIS IS A SMALL QUESTION.

If you usually wear size 8 but get a pair of size 11 boots, then you don't have the right size

YOUR LOGIC IS FLAWED

Hey, dumbass, it's called research. Boots aren't made across the board in the same size, neither are shoes, shirts, jackets, jeans, belts, condoms, yachts, or high-class Micronesian hookers.

For every recommendation you read to down half a size, you find another to go down a full or stay at your regular size. It depends on the company and on your foot.

There's a question and answers thread. Use that instead of filling the forum with more useless, poorly thought-out threads.

I find that the best way to see if a boot properly fits is to climb a mountain with the boots, if you don't climb the mountain your boots may be too small.
