How to hem suit pants?

Hi, I was wondering if suit pants should be cuffed or uncuffed.

I'm 5'7" 135lbs and wear a size 36R suit jacket. So is it better to have pants cuffed or not? Also consider that I'm 26 for a 'younger' look. And should it be hemmed at the heels or above?

Thanks

Complete personal preference thing. I don't like the look of cuffed pants but you will find plenty on here who do.

It all depends. Uncuffed is definitely more "stylish" and definitely projects a younger look.

But it all depends. I typically prefer my pants cuffed, but recently had a pair made without belt loops and no cuffs.
