Okay, this might sound a bit obsessive and scary, but for certain jeans I like them only when they are folded in a certain way near the bottom of the leg. What I want is the stacked look, folds in a close vertical proximity to one another, i.e. on top of one another. I know it is to some extent determined by fit, i.e. narrower leg opening, appropriate inseam, also shoes. But I'm not looking for a total illusion- sometimes a particular pair of jeans would have folds the way I want, next time around they would be gone. I have a pair of Levis jeans that came pre-folded/-distressed (see pic below) so that when I wear them, they are always folded and stacked the same way.
If I just wanted distressing, I might have tried the sand paper method. But this involves, so to say, perma-folds and I am not sure how this can be achieved. Thanks!
