How to Get Arm Wrinkles Out of Corduroy Suit?

Friends - would love to get your advice. This corduroy Isaia jacket has been worn on a number of occasions and I see now that the arms have retained their wrinkles - some of them are quite prominent in a way that I'm a bit worried about. They seem to have set in and "creased" a lot, so much so that to it is very noticeable to the touch.

Wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do? Suit has been dry cleaned before and I noticed that it came back stiffer and perhaps that has made the wrinkles more prone to setting in more. Not sure what to do currently.

Thanks in advance.

Corduroy is cotton so it will wrinkle. It's meant to have an informal, professorial look--as in, "I'm so busy on my research into Kentish monasterial literature that I couldn't possibly be concerned about pressing my clothes." If you don't want to look like J.R.R. Tolkien (or you don't smoke a meerschaum pipe), try taking an iron to the sleeves. I do that with my linen jackets all the time, when I want to look a bit less rumpled, at least for an hour or so.
