After I tried on multiple RTW suits, this one(RLBL) is the best although not perfect at all.
Please advice on how to fix the mess.
If I go to MTM by Suitsupply or Kentwang, will it be much better or just similar?

From the front, it's OK, but the back is bad.

It appears the shoulders are wide and so is the area between your shoulders.

Also, I believe your shoulders are sloped differently.

Sleeves and pant hem needs to be shortened, but it's not a big deal.

Hard to say if MTM would be better because it depends on the skill/experience of the fitter/salesperson and the templates they start with and what options you choose, etc.

For the price of RLBL you could definitely get MTM and there's a potential for it to fit better. Frankly, for OTR this isn't that terrible and certainly wearable. But if you really want a great looking suit in the back you'll likely need something more advanced. Otherwise, you're looking at altering shoulders on the jacket, which is expensive and can have varied results.

I believe my shoulders are adjustable.Haha. Maybe due to how my wife took the photos. Different shoulder is lower in different pictures... The tailor in store did showed me by taking some material from main seam the back looked a lot better. But I don't know if work on the main seam will effect the whole structure/balance.
