How to cut for this torso?

I spent some time to make this funny picture. It is me actually, in underwear.

Thanks to my dietary habit, the shape is disastrous. The right shoulder drops but I lifted it intentionally which make it even higher than the left one in the picture. The chest size is 34 or even smaller.

Provided that the shape can not be changed significantly in the near future, what kind of cut would you recommend for this torso? My last effort was considered to be "shapeless", while I believe the tailor had tried a lot to give me some shape.

Any constructive suggestions would be appreciated.

I wouldn't say the shape is disastrous. i mean, at least your waist is smaller than your chest. i think it'd be easier to say what cut to recommend if you provide a picture showing how long your legs are to get a better idea for proportions. anyhow, i think ultimately, anything tailored to your bodyshape will ultimately be flattering.
ps-
and the shape can be changed, long as your work out and eat accordingly

I have been trying to change the dietary habit for more than 20 years.

have faith! diet alone won't do it. a consistent workout program + diet will get the job done.

So you're an Ecto body type like most models these days? Just smaller .

The only issue will be finding stuff small enough.

I have some tightly cut jackets that fit my chest exactly. They are shapeless since the body itself is shapeless.

What a thread.

Seriously, if your waist is narrower than your chest and hips, the odds are you'll look fine in almost any well-tailored jacket. Why not just decide what cut you like best and get that?

Vox's answer is right. Have the suit cut to fit your body. If you want to look "powerful," (physically) I guess you can get a jacket with well padded shoulders and have the waist supressed a lot. Not a particularly popular look on here, with good reason.

On the other hand, at least the OP doesn't have liquidity of flesh problems. Now that is a real trouble spot.
