How to combine destroyed jeans and RedWings or Chucks

I have a pretty destroyed jeans. Similar like this one http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...f4e07ca0c.jpg/ Normally combined with white chucks or brown RedWings and a V-Neck

Now I am looking for some more "interesting" combinations (knitwear,shirts,jackets etc) pictures preferred

You can't 'dress up' heavily distressed denim. You won't get much farther then a tee and chucks/boots with that kind of denim (an outfit that should be reserved for yard work or being underneath your car to be honest).
