Can't see what your problem is tbh, a white loafer like this is a classic look for summer wear.

As for caring for them, I'd just use neutral shoe cream occasionally...

SF approved, maybe not, but I love them..
Will the lotion/conditioner be neutral or white or will it not be color specific?

you should use black or brown conditioner for white loafers for best results.

The more I look at it, the more I like them. Normally I don't like white leather, but the pebbled grain leather just works here. I guess the hard part is keeping it looking pristine. I'm sure if you looked you could find white shoe polish.
