baaaaaaaaaaaaallllllpark is 10% and under, but it depends on the build and also measuring BF% is less than exact, unless you have a hydrostatic weighing chamber. I'm probably ~12% fat right now as I'm bulking and you can see the top 4 abs, especially if they're tensed, but the bottom is kind of too covered at the moment. And having good core strength is important if you want really blocky abs.

My bodyfat is definitely under 10%, I work out every other day, eat pretty healthy, wear 28-30 in jeans and dress pants, am 6' 145, and I don't have a six pack. I have slight definition, but definitely not a six pack. Some people got it, some people don't. I'm sure if I killed myself at the gym I could do it, but I'd also be a lot bigger everywhere else, which is not something I want.

this annoys me aswell.. im close to 6´4, 180, broad shoulders, but since i used to be fatter when I was a teen, i still have some excess skin on my lower stomach that effectivly prevents a really defined stomach. The upper abs show a bit, but nothing serious either.
