You met a guy/girl?

Also, I would suggest you chat with forum member amathew. He's you in 7 years.

People always told me how life was going to suck after college, but I disagree strongly. I have as much of, or even more of a social life than I did in college. College you're broke, and studying all the time and such. Now, I like living on my own, working and actually making money. I don't understand how people have such issues with this.

Not always true which is why I had a lot more fun in college then post college.

+100

As long as you don't mind real work and real stress, post college is significantly better than college (even with all the parties and not-studing-time). Again, assuming you get a job that pays well and that you enjoy. I imagine life sucks compared to college if you work in a job that doesn't fulfill you in any way.

Exactly, I find having an income, and the old stupid saying, "Work hard, play hard" is a fine way to live life. Especially if you settle in a place you like. New York City everyday is a party of sorts. The weekends are fulfilling and I find it much better than being in broke limbo-land.

PatrickBOOTH - that's because you're now a rich successful republican with great hair. OP may not be so (un)lucky.
