Not really an so yet but Girl I'm dating now is 5'10 and I'm 6'. other one I've been seeing a lot of is 5'5. Don't like going below 5'3 and prefer tall chicks.

I'd ideally want a taller boyfriend, but mostly get attention from shorties.

Tall men need to STOP DATING MIDGETS.

    (I'm 5'11, btw)

I dont discriminate. I like em tall or short....I just like em hot. [IMG] Ive always had a preference for petite girls though.
This of course. It should go without saying that if she is an attractive female, than anything that is within the normal, non-freak range is a go. I think I have been living in a bubble where all my male friends and cohorts prefer tall girls. I'm not talking supermodel tall, more like st least she isn't 5'5.

This is what I usually see.

This is what I am talking about. Assuming you are a girl, what's your take for shorter females wanting tall men, how do you perceive them? Some one mentioned before that there seems to be a real attraction on the part of short, petite girls for tall men. Is it some strange way of compensating, very much like some females would say the same for short males preferring taller women?

After about 40 years of experimentation, I've determined the optimal height for my date is variable. A critical measurement, however, is where her hips are in relation to mine. I can deal with a tall woman with short legs (I know, looks weird, but serviceable) or a short woman with average legs.

It all has to do with leverage.

Hm, last girlfriend was 6'. Last date was about 5'10". I'm 6'8", so it'd be nice if I could find someone closer to my stature. Though not too many 6'4" gals out and about.

Ah hell, who am I kidding? As long as she's soft and smells nice....

What's the opposite of napoleon complex [IMG] Where are all the psych majors or Dr. Phil enthusiasts? Surely someone can offer a quasi-psychological explanation why tall men enjoy being with shorter than average women.

I'm 5'9, gf is 5'8. Always like a woman slightly shorter than me, but shorter or taller is cool, no worries.

I am 6'2" and my wife is 5'2". Which is a bit odd, in that most of the girls I dated before I was married were in the 5'7-5'9'' range.

Unfortunately, given my choice, my kids are going to be short ... [IMG]

by the way 3 people answered -16 or more... The tallest girl I have ever dated was like 3 inch taller than I am (I am between 5'7" and 5'8"), and when they're on heel, I really do look incredibly short...

    me 5'8, them 5'8 - 6'7

I don't want vertically challenged offspring so the 5'8's are for fun, the 6'7's are for kicks and the 6'1's are for keeps.
