My point exactly. It's all a matter of tone and balance. A hacking jacket in very loud tweed is going to make you look like a character in a Bateman cartoon. In a subdued cloth it equals sophistication.

p.s. Either of those would be fine as a 2 pc. as well. I might do a donegal DB but it's definitely not for everyone.

Obviously prefers the 12 gauge with a wide pattern cartridge that doesn't miss anything. Best for the amateur but not as effective as a tighter pattern for pulling the bird down and finishing him off.

Sorry I'm actually having them trimmed down and using the excess fabric for an inverness cape to wear over my stroller. Very London Lounge chic!
