How often to Renovateur?

Right now I am applying after every four wears? Do you all think that is too frequently?

after 4 wears is too frequent, imo. I apply the renovateur or conditioner about every 10 wears which is about once every 2 months

i've come to the opinion that teh renovateur is designed for infrequent use only when your shoes are in bad condition (e.g. soaked with rain)..

cream is for regular maintenance, but for conditioners i've been trying lexol leather conditioner on certain shoes and saphir mdo leather lotion on others (to compare).

Well, it depends. In the winter when your skin is dryer, you might want to use it after the shower. Springtime and summer you are naturally hydrated, so you might want to cut back. Your balls will always remain wrinkled though. You might want to consider a deer bone for those.

Never picked it up. I dont usually have the time to shine my shoes myself, and the last time I asked my shoe shine guy if they did a good job with cordovan, the manager told me "Yes, sure, we do all colors!"

I only wear certain shoes once every two weeks, so four wears is about two months.
