1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

The question should be how much do you squat or how much do you overhead press. Bench is such a non-functional lift.
?? Do you overhead press things often in your everyday life?

    ^^^ exactly....

    -------

LA Guy, yeah, i'm trying to get stronger right now. Same bodyweight as you but less strong (i haven't tried seeing what my max is, but i know it's below 200. i've been doing high reps with 65 pound dumbells. now, i'm ready to go heavy. I can do burpees and hindu pushups forever, so i have plenty of muscle endurance, but my brute strength is lacking.... [IMG]

i have a friend who is a trainer for mixed martial arts athletes (we go to the same mma gym) and he is going to start working with me...

185 lbs is the most I've ever done. I weigh ~ 130...never been big on the bench, I prefer dumbell presses
