The body dosen't look too bad that should be able to be taken in, the sleeves look too long which is a little harder to do on a shirt but still manageable.

******* and get shirts from Jantzentailor.com - it will set you back approx $45 a shirt.

I cloned an RLBL shirt with my added specs and I think the material is just as good if not better than my RLBL.

i had a shirt that was two sizes big slimmed down and i didn't like the results. the collar looked too big, and i wouldn't slim a french cuff shirt down too much because then the cuffs look clownish. unless you can somehow cut down the size, which my tailor said he wouldn't recommend. i'm kinda curious to see the car or truck all those racing parts are installed on

I know you received these shirts as a gift and may not have the option to return them, but when I buy RTW shirts for myself, I look at the neck size as this is usually the most difficult to alter. Then I look at the shoulders and sleeve length and the overall length. Of course, I also look at the fabric quality, though subjective that may be. Slimming the body and arms are usually the easiest alterations though it can still cost you. Even if you buy slim fit shirts, they may still hang like a tent on you and still need alterations.

You can certainly look into custom dress shirts and perhaps order just one or two. You can probably get a custom shirt for as cheap as $50-$80, but usually they'll creep up into the over $100 range.
