I would multiply the number of shirts and belts by three. Otherwise I could live with these numbers.

I would increase suits by 5, add between 4 and 6 sport coats for the weekend as well as ten pairs of odd trousers, triple shirts and belts and double cufflinks.

More shoes (at least 10). More belts (at least 3-4). At least 20 shirts (wear once a month-might last 5 years). 40 ties seems excessive-get by nicely with 20).

45 shirts? Are you kidding? I find that incredibly ridiculous -- not to have 45 shirts, but to set that as the minimum. Are you we talking 45 dress shirts? I think I might have 45 shirts if I add together my polo shirts, my casual long-sleeve shirts, and my dress shirts.

I am talking ONLY about dressed clothes (because it is always possible to wear during the WE these shirts)

You can wear them 2 days in a week

No. I was wearing my business shirts at least twice (business+casual) Now I would wear twice, wash the collar/cuffs and armpits and wear it again before a full washing.

Sorry, don't know if anyone else on this forum does the same, but I think that's gross. Everything I own that is washable and does not have to be drycleaned - shirts, jeans, trousers, etc. - I wear once and then wash.

Many people do the same (even if they do not tell it) You wear a jean only once and wash it? This is crazy. Are you a worker building highways?

Well Ernest, some of us ARE working (or practicing) and thus our clothes get dirtier faster.

I was talking about work of course as subjetc was business shirts.

Anyway I think most of people wouldn't get dirty faster by working than by chating on a forum.
