there's something VERY middle eastern about his attitude. Sort of that he's perfectly entitled to tell you just how rich and successful he is, women are pretty toys but kept in their place, and a thin veil of humility just for pretend. I'm not saying I don't like the guy, I'm just saying that there's something very Dubaish about this whole attitude.

i believe his store was one of the first on rodeo drive for luxury goods and brands. he had contracts from the big names like armani and sometimes just resold stuff. people would go there out of necessity until the luxury brands started catching up to amount that could be sold there

dude has like no taste. was just lucky he got in on a market several years before other people did

I largely agree with this:

I love that his billboards seem to be a lot more for kicks (maybe you could stretch that to top-of-mind awareness) as opposed to drawing customers.

I think bush is a bottom boy. The clue lays in the old Quaker oatmeal man slogan, 'nothing is better in thee, than me.'

Matching tie and pocket square? Seriously?

And that man's home is beyond tacky. Yes, I'm a hater, but that's just obnoxiously over the top. The colour coordinated closets are truly pathetic.

I once met a guy that sold ties to Bijan. The price was insane, I can't remember, but he said the ties were packed in a box made out of the same silk the tie was made out of.

Has anyone ever been to his store?

What's "insane" for a necktie -- even ballpark -- $300? $500?

Bijan is more than a designer!

He is a LIFESTYLE!!! [as everyone on Rodeo claim themselves to be . . .]
