I was looking for a jacket exactly like this for use year round.
I happened upon a good deal at Saks and am deciding if I should keep it.

It is 90% cashmere 10% goat hair jacket, but is is partially lined.

My question is if this will be too warm for use outside of cold weather.
Probably no chance in hell that I could use it for summer, eh?

Depends on your personal comfort zone - in the end only you can answer that question. If you are in doubt, you will get a definite answer next summer.

I have the prototype sample of that jacket in a brown and green weave. Glad to see it is finally being in production.

I wore mine yesterday in 30 degree weather under an overcoat, and have worn it as warm as the mid 60s. The partial lining helps in the warmer weather, and doesn't seem to affect the warmth in the cold. It has quickly become a favorite of mine. Enjoy.

It looks to me (from the photo) like a coat you could wear all year, from a fashion point of view. It will look a little funny if sweat is pouring down your brow, or if you are shivering, however.
