Usually, but I just tipped to 152 after a weekend of heavy eating
I would feel bad if I wasn't a heavyweight at 6'2+.

I could join this group with a month of fasting, would be tough but could be done. I am amazed at some people 6'2"+ can be in this, seems emaciated almost.

this is pretty interesting topic because at 5'11
my lowest weight ive reached ever was 145lbs (back in 1996) and the heaviest i ever reached was 210+ lbs (2007).

I'm 6-1 1/2 and my ideal weight is 185. That is what I weigh now. A couple years ago I had a series of 3 epidurals (steroid injections) for back problems and within 6 months I weighed 205, the most I've ever weighed. The least I've ever weighed was 138. That happened in W. Africa after drinking some local water. I dropped the weight really fast and had a high fever, etc. I got back up to about 150 and stayed there and felt comfortable at that weight in that humidity. If I lost 35 more pounds now, I would look too skinny and would not be pleased.
What are your sizes in clothes? How do you even find shirts? I'm 6'4", 200, but I've been as low as 165. I could never imagine being 145...!

Four years ago I was the heaviest I've ever been: 162#
Two years ago I was dangerously thin at 142#
I'm quite large at 6'4" 152lbs. Maybe later I will be less, my weight fluctuates a bit.
"Large"? Hardly. Tall perhaps, but not large. Nothing about being 6'4" and weighing 150 is large. It's down right emaciated.
Haha, it was sarcasm Nil (the part about being large that is).
And to Unexpected, 38 chest, large shirts, medium sweaters, 30x3* pants/jeans, 13 shoes and 15.5 34/35 dress shirts.
I can't gain weight, I would have to lift quite a bit and I also have too high of a metabolism to gain much fat. I used to run track and so I lifted some but even then I couldn't gain any.
Oh and one more thing, i'm (male) model skinny, not heroin skinny.
