I'm 230 after a big meal and a nice long day of sitting on my arse at work. I'm usually mid to low 220's though.

242, 5'11", 36 waist. Nothin else really. All the weight is in the stomach. Muscular and used to be athletic, but hidden underneath a few layers now.

depends. width is not as bad as the front paunch. for the record, i am pretty happy as the waist at 34 at my height and weight is pretty good IMO. was as big as 38 when i weighed 280.

When I was training hard, I was up around 238 or so. These days if my weight crosses the 230 mark, I take it as an indicator to start practicing some austerities. For the record, I'm 6'3".

I don't understand how that adds up. I'm 5'11", 200, 36" waist.
