I was instructed to find a spot that feels glaringly sensitive, like a bruise or a sharp pain sensation when pressure is applied, then put steady force directly on that spot with your body weight and roll slowly back-and-forth until the pain isn’t as awful as when you started. Does that at all sound accurate?
