How many miles did you run today?

I took the visiting friends climbing today at Eldorado Canyon. I climbed four different routes, but took it super easy since my left middle finger tendon is still hurting. Here are a couple shots of my oldest son on the 5.6 Simple Simon Slab. He didn’t finish it, but I think he’s really close.

Bought a new saddle for the trainer bike to match the one on my road bike. After many miles, decided that the saddle I've been using just isn't great for sustained seated sessions. I'll transfer it to the gravel bike where I think it will work better. I took advantage of the switch to dial in the setup to match my road bike as closely as possible given the limitations of different frame geometries and components.

8.5 miles this morning while the car was in for service. Super slow pace and multiple stops but cooler and enjoyable overall

30 “miles” between two back-to-back workouts. I think combined they account for my longest trainer session to date. Got some new Castelli Free Aero bibs yesterday, and they worked well with the new saddle.
