Old man. I am still in the 3:05 BQ time which likely means I would need to run sub-3 to get in.
One of my buddies ran 2:30 at CIM this past week, he's nuts!
Was raining today so I tried out the treadmill for the first time since high school. Held 6:45 for 30 min ~4.4 miles and felt pretty good though it started getting hot near the end. Definitely miss having a breeze to cool me down. I think I'd like to get up to a 1:30 half in the next few years but I need to build a lot more running stamina
My dad ran a 2:55 when he was about my age. I outweigh him by about 40 pounds, so that ain’t gonna happen.
