7 hilly trail miles in my old stomping grounds (Rancho San Antonio Open Space above Cupertino, CA). Temps were in the low 80s, so I ran without a shirt for the business part of the run. It felt so good!

I got in 7 miles both Tuesday and Wednesday. Suffering from sinuses which makes weights tough but running is simple enough.

First run in ages today - I've been cycling a bit but I've generally been quite inactive and put on some weight (partly also a side-effect of medication I'm on). Actually, it was 2 runs: first a moderate pace 6.5k, and then a slow 2k with my wife and son, who has to do a short 'race' with his school next week.

10km (8:25 pace) around the streets of Arcata, CA after hitting the farmer’s market and having an outstanding bagel with lox, cream cheese, capers and onions at Los Bagels. Temps in the mid 50s and overcast (the usual for up here).

I should probably get some runs in before Bay To Breakers...

Been gone a few days. Got in 4 straight days of running from Friday through Monday of roughly 7 miles each day. May get in a run this evening depending on the wifes schedule.

7.85 glorious miles this morning in Yosemite Valley with temps in the upper 40s. I was going to do mostly trails, but much of the trail was impassable due to high water or downed trees. I had to get out early since we’re heading back towards home now.

I'm going to be in Victoria BC for a workshop from this weekend, and I found out there was a big 10k race on Sunday morning. So, impulsively, I signed up. I am really in no condition to run as well as I should be able to, but there's nothing like having to do a race to get you going...
