9 miles on the mill today after not running in a week because of life's bullshit

    splits were

    6 42:05
    7 ?
    60:00 7.66
    8 62:38
    9 71:34

I'm only giving myself credit for 8 though. I stepped off a lot and I again had to take a shit around mile 8. Once again I'm promising myself that I'm going outside next weekend for my long run

Thursday-Sunday in Tahoe and wasn’t able to run at all due to the conditions. Can’t wait to be back home tomorrow to put some miles in. Past three weeks of mileage were 35,35, and only 16 this week. :(. Feels like I lost all my fitness.

Totally feel you @Dusty Heaters - my last week got boogered up by weather and work. Only got 2 runs in. I did 7 this morning with a dusting of snow on the roads. I'm hoping that leads to a better week.

I pulled a muscle (hamstring, I think), so I’m taking a little time off from running to work on it.

I did get out for some bouldering on Saturday. Here’s a pic of my friend Said on what used to be ‘the best V5 in Colorado’.

11.8 miles Saturday and 6.5 miles last night. Taking tonight off to get more sleep...our 1-year old likes to cry at 3am these days.

Forecasting for 8+ tomorrow and more this weekend. Doubt I’ll be able to up my pace in those conditions. Figured I would give it a little throttle today.

@Dusty Heaters - Keeping the thread alive! Damn 6-8" of snow...no thanks other than for sledding.

I got in a little over a mile last night. Decided to take this week and next week mostly off just to recover from a cold and a little ankle issue. I can run without any ankle pain but sometimes when I am just walking or turn weird there is a little spark of pain. I am just taking the easy route and resting for a couple weeks. I do miss my long runs though.
