7 miles this evening.
Four miles this evening. Two miles of T pace and one of M pace. Good times!
Two fast miles on the treadmill last night working around the weights. Both were under 7 minutes, with my second mile actually under 6:40. I don't think I've done that in a long time.
Maybe I need to go hit the track one day next week to see if I can replicate that outside.
used to go for running every day, but have changed that habit to bicycle
12.25 miles very early this morning. I saw 5 skunks within about a 3 block radius. I was tempted to just turn around and call it a day rather than risking what might happen with a 6th skunk.
13.0km in 59:09 (4:33/km). One minute faster on this track than two (?) weeks ago. New 10 k record (44:52) and new best time on an annoying segment along the way.
See if you find something that's slightly downhill. Some of my fastest times are on downhill. (I don't have any long flat distances here so don't punch me)
Three miles last night after dark. It's time to start expecting more of these...
6.5 miles today in the heat. Can't wait for the fall weather to kick in.
