5 miles after work yesterday evening. It was about 72º with a nice breeze. No complaints here.
5.5 miles tonight. It cooled off a bit and was really nice.
4.9 miles last night.
Easy 9km on tired legs today after 22km of rolling trails on Wednesday. A very foggy, frosty morning.
6.5 miles this morning. It was really hot yesterday evening and then we had storms overnight. It had cooled down to about 70º for this morning's run but I think the humidity was at about 1000%. I was drenched in sweat after running about 2 blocks.
25.1km in 2:25:13. Started running at 20:00. I don't have my water bottles so I ran without water. Not my best decision ever. Also added a new one mile record (6:22) on a stretch with a certain decline.
4.5 miles at mid-day today. Not too hot but cloudless so the sun was really beating down, so I took it pretty easy. I also took the jogging stroller and the toddler. At about the first half -- which was all uphill -- we stopped at a track for a few laps. I thought I could convince him to run a bit with me, but no -- I chauffeured him around the track too.
