around 6.7 in 54-ish. Felt my form wobble a bit, so I've got to pay more attention to that.

    ^^^ good luck!

4 miles, didn't really have it this morning, planning on 9+ tomorrow morning, though.

Did some core work on a stability ball afterwards, which was a nice change of pace.

    ^^^ good luck!

    Thanks.

Happy enough with the race. 7th overall with an unofficial 18:36 out of 80 or so elite division runners. Top two finishers were ridiculous, course record sub 15:30 won it (forget the guys name). #2 finisher was a lowly NCAA XC All-American.

The obstacle course in the middle was fun. I tried to train for it, but the wire crawls beat the hell out of me. The push-ups actually gave a nice breather from the running. All in all a good time.

Did a 5K race this morning. Not that happy about my time, but at least I got out of bed and did it.

3 miles of sprints. Heart was not really in it. Did a lot of resistance exercises, weights, and bag work though.

4.15, my regular run over the Williamsburg bridge, after a long long night of drinking. Pretty happy to get anything done tonight.

    8. I think I might be plateauing. Good thing the training group I signed up for will get up to my pace in about a week's time. Haven't run with partners for quite a while, we'll see how it goes.

9.3 miles, and it was rough. Normally I'm done before the sun comes up but I've not been getting much sleep, so I slept in today and started well after sunup. Had to walk a few times and was so worn out at the end I stumbled into the pool before checking the temperature (it was cold, which was nice). Was an ordeal, but that just means that next time shouldn't be so bad.

10.5 miles in the grueling heat yesterday afternoon. I can't believe how much the heat affects not only my performance but also my enthusiasm for life [IMG]
