1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Yesterday it was 5.4 miles but as for today, we'll have to wait and see! Lower back and left hip are killing me. [IMG]

    Congratulations! Excellent time!

    ....

First interval session this morning. Total mileage 5.5
Total mileage at speed: 2.0, in quarter-mile increments.

Funny thing was, each interval was roughly at the same pace, but each rest interval got 3 seconds longer than the previous one.

    I walked about 4 miles.
I used to run 25-30 miles per week, but had to give it up
as a result of sciatic pain and Doctors orders. Knees are fine, ankles too.
Discs are damaged by 20 + years of running.
    Carry on gentleman!

Only about 2.5 today. Pretty lazy. Then again I am still getting used to my vibrams.

4 miles this morning. Temperature, 33 degrees. Still no leg warmers--yet! I love my Newton shoes! Can't wait until my "all weather" shoes arrive. Since using these shoes, my forefoot strike has improved greatly. No more knee pain or heel pain. [IMG] [IMG]

Just bought a new pair of Brooks and broke them in on a 6-mile run, on my new 5AM course.
