1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

11.2 miles yesterday. Part of my usual 12 mile route was blocked due to a downed power line.

Another 10.7 miles today but I ended early due to the cold and rain. My desire to finish 13 was shot due to being hungry.

IMG_6825.JPG IMG_6826.JPG IMG_6827.JPG Gorgeous afternoon up in the mountains. I ran 7 miles at Betasso Preserve (hilly madness, but so fun!). Then I soaked my feet in Boulder Creek for a while and caught my first fish in more than 20 years. These little brook trout put up a good fight.

Fueco, that is the most unusual Gu packet I've ever seen.

There's a race somewhere around here that involves running 12 miles and catching fish at the turnaround.

10 miles on trails yesterday. Perfect conditions. Had trouble keeping my heart rate under control.

9.5 miles the past two nights. Need to do some yard work this evening so that will be my hill workout.

Doing sprints not doing long distance running. Sprint around 60m or so I'm guessing for 10 seconds...5 reps. building leg muscles, thighs getting thicker.

Yard work yesterday wore me out so I went on a 3 mile walk with my son.
