1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Did the usual 1870 m in 08:07 yesterday. Damn good time considering I didn't run that track for half a month. :slayer:

1870 m in 08:18. Slower than yesterday and I felt a loss of what little muscle I have.

A whopping 1 mile on Wednesday afternoon. Realized too late that I hadn't left enough time before a couple of appointments, but figured that I'd already put on my running clothes...

6.2 miles on paved trails. My turnaround point was at the main entrance to the 49ers' stadium. I hadn't run through there since they started construction!

Wednesday already. Monday was 7 miles, Tuesday was 5.2 miles, and this morning was a mile before a gym workout. Hit the trails last night and I feel out of shape on those hills.

I ran 6.5 miles at lunch time. It's a perfect spring day in Boulder! 70 and rather windy...

Running as transit this morning. Rode BART to the dentist and ran back (past the ballpark where Giants fan were streaming in 2.5 hours before the first pitch of today's home opener). 4.7 miles

I'll run probably 8 miles tonight after work. Did my lifting this morning at the gym and gotta get my cardio in now! Tomorrow I will probably only fit in a short gym sesh before work so have to make the most of my free time today.

1870 m in crappy 08:44 due to rain. The start was damn good and the run felt good, too.

You have probably answered this before so sorry to ask again: why 1870 meters every time?

9 miles in about 85 minutes. Mixed terrain and somewhat hilly, and this was longest run since December...
