Anybody had issues with ITBS already?
What did you do to get rid of it?

There are a couple of stretches you can do, try googling that (IT Band stretch) and rest...you're not alone
Stretching and foam rolling resolved my IT Band issues. It took awhile, but I no longer have problems with it.Try using a foam roller. I started using one about a year ago and there's hardly ever a day that goes by that I don't use it.
Thanks for the tips. I unfortunately feel like I dont do the stretching right, as with all of these exercises I feel nothing.
Doing foam rolling though, both with a ball and a roller. Feels good.
How long did you pause until you tried running again?
The foam roller felt good to you? Not for me, particularly when I first started. Some of the knots I rolled over made me want to scream like a little girl. Thanks for the tips. I unfortunately feel like I dont do the stretching right, as with all of these exercises I feel nothing.
